Attorney Thomas Mullins of Norwich, CT; slacker

The state of Connecticut provided Thomas James Mullins with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Tommy by gifting him a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Tommy practices with the State of Connecticut Worker’s Compensation Commission at 44 Main Street in Norwich, Connecticut.
