Attorney Paul Nicholas Jr. of Ellington, CT; moronic slacker

The state of Connecticut provided Paul A. Nicholas Jr. with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

In addition to the miscnduct set forth below, Paulie's law license was suspended on one occasions for his failure to pay an annual fee amounting to a measly $75 to the Client Security Fund, which was set up to reimburse clients who were cheated by their lawyers.

  • Engaged in providing competent representation (moron)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to file client lawsuit before 1-year statute of limitations tolled

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Paulie by gifting him a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Paulie practices in Ellington, Connecticut.
