Attorney David Rogers of Riverside, CT; ethical troll

The state of Connecticut provided David Anthony Rogers with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

In addition to the misconduct set forth below, Davey’s law license was suspended two (2) times for his failure to pay an annual fee amounting to a measly $75 to the Client Security Fund, which was set up to reimburse clients who were cheated by their attorneys.

  • Failed to fully pay off two (2) outstanding mortgages pursuant to refinancing in accordance with specific instructions from his clients
  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Davey by gifting him a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Davey practices with David Anthony Rogers LLC at 1205 East Putnam Avenue, Connecticut.
