Attorney Henry Lagman of Hoover, AL; thieving loser

                            

The state of Alabama presented Henry Earl Lagman with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Samford University School of Law.

 

The Alabama State Bar Association Hank guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide services he was employed to undertake
  • Failed to file client bankruptcy petition after receiving filing fee and upfront attorney fee of $950
  • Refused to refund unearned fee (thief)
  • Failed to respond to client information requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Hank by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Hank practices with the Lagman Law Office at 2450 Valleydale Road in Hoover, Alabama.
