Attorney Mark Nelson of Talladega, AL; slacker, loser

The state of Alabama presented Mark Smith Nelson with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the Birmingham School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• After accepting advance fee did little or no work on client divorce matter
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Mark!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2018), Mark practices with the Nelson Law Office at 407 Court Street in Talladega, Alabama.
