Attorney Henry Dailey Jr. of Birmingham, AL; ambulance chasing loser

The state of Alabama presented Henry Clyde Dailey Jr. with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Samford University School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association Hank guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Hank engaged in improper “ambulance chasing” when he hired an investigator contacted a potential client involved in an auto accident for the purpose of soliciting the person to hire Hank. Hank so acted despite the fact that he had no familial or current or prior professional relationship with the client.

Hank’s investigator had his contingent fee contract and medical records release forms with him, which he conned the client to sign.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Hank by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Hank practices with the Henry Dailey Law Firm at 2217 Cahaba Valley Drive in Birmingham, Alabama.
