Attorney Virgil Elmore III of Birmingham, AL; convicted druggie

                            

The state of Alabama presented Virgil Jackson Elmore III with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Samford University School of Law.

 

The Alabama State Bar Association Virgil guilty of the following misconduct.

 

In one matter, Virgil pled guilty in Jefferson County of the illegal possession or receipt of controlled substances.

 

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Virgil by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Virgil practices at 210 Cahaba Road in Birmingham, Alabama.
