Attorney Steven Sinukoff of Toronto, CAN; repeat offender

The Law Society of British Columbia presented Steven Howard Sinukoff with a law license in 1997.

The Disciplinary Committee of the British Columbia Law Society found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

Stevie’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Engaged in conduct unbecoming an officer of the court (Pray tell!)
• Destroyed evidence of a criminal offence to avoid criminal charges being laid against his son

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Greg by gifting him a complimentary reprimand.

Because Attorney Misfits in Canada are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Stevie was never criminally charged with destroying evidence and/or obstruction of justice.

Stevie’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Engaged in conduct unbecoming an officer of the court (Your kidding!)
• Sexually harassed prospective client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Greg by gifting him a complimentary reprimand.

In addition, the comedians on the Disciplinary Committee ordered that Stevie complete a course of sensitivity and awareness training. It was rumored that Stevie opted to attend the Harvey Weinstein Institute for Sexual Harassers located in Hollywood, California.
