Attorney Harry Moore Jr. of Princeton, WV; ethical dwarf

The state of West Virginia presented Harry W. Moore Jr. with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from West Virginia University Law School.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Harry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Ordered to pay default judgment obtained by prior clients
• Directed to make partial refund of unearned fees (cheater)
• Failed to provide client files to client upon termination

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Harry by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Harry practices at 221 Gelding Street in Princeton, West Virginia.
