Attorney Peter Levy of Huntington, WV; ethical goblin

The state of West Virginia presented Peter D. Levy with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from West Virginia University Law School.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Engaged in biased behavior
• Used illegal substances

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Pete practices with the Public Defender Corp, 6^th Judicial Circuit at 320 9^th Street in Huntington,  West Virginia.
