Attorney Melvin Todd Jr. of Richmond, VA; slacker

The state of Virginia presented Melvin Lorenzo Todd Jr. with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from George Mason University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Melvin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Melvin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Melvin practices at 2020 East Franklin Street in Richmond, Virginia.
