Attorney Rolando Lee of Clinton, MD; cheating loser

The state of Maryland presented Rolando Vicente Lee with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from University of Maryland Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Rolando guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with clients
• Charged an unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Failed to ensure that the firm had in effect measures giving reasonable assurance that his non-attorney employees conduct was compatible with his professional obligations
• Allowed non-attorney employees to engage in illegal practice of law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Rolando by gifting him with a complimentary 120-day suspension of his law license.
