Attorney Kenneth Nielsen Jr. of Ft. Belvoir, VA; moronic loser

The state of Maryland presented Kenneth Edward Nielsen Jr. (KEN) with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the course of the representation
• Failed to explain a potential conflict of interest re: client representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2018) Kenny practices at 9132 Lake Parcel Drive in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
