Attorney Jeffrey Ramberg of Newark, DE; ethical gremlin

The state of Maryland presented Jeffrey R. Ramberg with a law license in 1996 after she graduated Widener University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to explain a potential conflict of interest related to a joint representation
• Failed to obtain the clients’ informed consent confirmed in writing to continue the representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2018) Jeff practices at 18 Old Manor Road in Newark, Delaware.
