Attorney Jason Shoemaker of Frederick, MD; deceitful loser

The state of Maryland presented Jason Wayne Shoemaker with a law license in 2003 after she graduated Widener University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Jason guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made representation to the court that were not candid
• Withdrew his appearance at a hearing that left his client without counsel while a Motion was pending and for involving his client in an exchange of prescription medication with the client that reflected adversely on his character

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2019) Jason practices with Shoemaker Law LLC at 151 West Patrick Street in Frederick, Maryland.
