Judge Ortho Eyster of Mt. Vernon, OH; lifetime porker, moron  
Ortho Eyster was presented with a law license by the Ohio Supreme Court in 1975.
Ortho Eyster has dedicated the lion’s share of his adult life porking out at the public trough. Obviously no self-respecting law firm in the Mt. Vernon or Columbus area was about to hire Ortho Eyster. It would be difficult to blame them, right?
A few years ago, Ortho the Moron presided over a case wherein a father was convicted of repeatedly raping his three daughters. Ortho sentenced the man to life in prison.
Several years later when the girls were 20, 17 and 16, they all recanted their prior testimony which they gave when they were 13, 10 and 9 respectively.
Because there was basically no physical or forensic evidence presented at trial, the father was primarily convicted on the testimony of his three daughters.
In their recanted testimony the three girls said that the accusations of molestation were manufactured by their mothers boyfriend, who reinforced the tactics with beatings amid a bitter custody dispute.
Obviously the only persons that really know what happened are the three sisters and their imprisoned for life father. I certainly wouldn’t have any sympathy for the father if in fact he is guilty. However, it is not unusual for a spouse to spew forth false lies of child molestation during custody disputes.
Moreover, I cannot imagine all three sisters conspiring to lie that they were not molested given the eternal scars such conduct would place upon them.
In my opinion it is better to err in favor of the father then to allow him to rot in prison for the rest of his life if in fact he is not guilty.
In perfunctorily denying a motion for a new trial, Ortho the Moron had the chutzpah to say, “Put simply, the task before the court is to determine when an admitted liar is lying.”
I've personally witnessed Ortho's conduct on the bench. As such, it really isn't fair to morons to refer to him as a Moron.
Well we all know one thing for certain in regards to when Ortho is lying and that is when “his lips are moving”
Hopefully the day will come when the voters in Knox County, Ohio wake up and send this certified loser packing.
