Attorney Richard Stack of Linthicum Heights, MD; ethical gremlin

The state of Maryland presented Richard Lynn Stack with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to pursue client’s case
• Failed to submit monthly bills to his client during representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
