U.S. District Judge Harold Baer of New York; certified Dumbo, loser   Harold Baer was gifted with a law license in 1954.
On Aug 10, 1994, President Bill Clinton was duped into nominating Baer to be a U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of New York located in New York City.
Being upgraded to a federal judgeship increased Harold’s annual income by $25,000. To prove that he was an ungrateful louse, Harold went on senior status on Sept 8, 2004, a mere ten (10) years after he received his appointment. As a senior judge means that Harold is only required to work 10 hours a week while being paid a full time salary of $174,000,
In an effort to cement his status as a Judicial Moron, Harold granted an evidence suppression request by a drug dealer after the Feds seized more than $4 million dollars of drugs.
Daffy Harold claimed that the police lacked a “reasonable suspicion” t hat a crime was occurring even though they observed four men at 4 a.m. in an area notorious for drug-dealing, load bags into the trunk of a car, and then run away after notice the cops.
According to Harry, it was perfectly normal for them to flee from the police since “residents in this neighborhood tended to regard police offices as corrupt, abusive and violent.” How about how t he regarded idiot judges like you Harry?
Obviously Harry missed his calling as a standup comedian.
Based on Harry’s deluded conclusions, it would be fair to assert that he’s a liar when you see “his lips moving,” right?
Sadly, Harry the Buffoon (my apologies to buffoons) will be sitting on the bench until he dies, which could be another 20 or more years.
This is just another prime example of the kind of federal judges that are foisted upon us as a result of t heir conduct in being reliable lackeys for local political hacks. And it doesn’t make any difference whether their acting as compliant bootlickers for Republicans or Democrats.
