Attorney Leo Dymowski of Baltimore, MD; ethical dwarf

The state of Maryland presented Leo Wayne Dymowski with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Leo guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Leo made statements concerning integrity of sitting judges and the judicial appointment process with reckless disregard as to the truth or falsity of the statements.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Leo by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2019) Leo practices at 1965 Denbury Drive in Baltimore, Maryland.
