Attorney Aaron Spektor of Ontario, CAN; ethical elf

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Aaron M. Spektor with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Toronto Law School.

The Hearing Committee for the Law Society found Aaron guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep the Law Society apprised with respect to his contact information
• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee punished Manlio by gifting him with a complimentary 1-month suspension of his law license.
