Attorney Shane Smith of Ontario, CAN; ethical leprechaun

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Shane Smith with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Toronto Law School.

The Hearing Committee for the Law Society found Shane guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Shane engaged in conduct unbecoming a student member for providing and selling papers he and another student had researched and written to an M.B.A. student while knowing that the papers would be submitted to the graduate school of business as the purchaser's work.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee punished Manlio by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand, a fine of $10,000 and costs to the Law Society of $1,000.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Shane practices with BMC Software Canada Inc. at 2200-50 Minthorn Blvd in Markham, Ontario, Canada.
