Attorney  Brian Rumanek of Ontario, CAN; ethical misfit

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented  Brian Allan Rumanek with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Toronto Law School.

The Hearing Committee for the Law Society found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain proper books and records
• Engaged in unprofessional conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimandand ordered to pay $2,000 in costs to the Law Society.
