Attorney Joseph Emond of Ontario, CAN; ethical dwarf, repeat offender

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented  Joseph Henri Hector Emond with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Toronto Law School.

The Hearing Committee for the Law Society found  Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

Joey’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Engaged in unprofessional conduct
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 10-week suspension of his law license.

Joey’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Regina practices at 209-17070 Yonge Street in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Joey!)
• Failed  to produce, in a timely manner, all information and documents requested of him in communications
• Failed to properly maintain books and records

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 15-week suspension of his law license.
