Attorney Mohamed Doli of Ontario, CAN; ethical troll

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented  Mohamed Abdi Doli with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Toronto Law School.

The Hearing Committee for the Law Society found  Mohamed guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to be on guard against becoming the tool or dupe of an unscrupulous client by not making reasonable inquiries regarding the irregular features of a scheme in which a third party lost $50,000
• Engaged in professional misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee punished Mohamed by gifting him with a complimentary 1-month suspension of his law license and ordered to pay costs of $10,000 to the Law Society.
