Judge Krista Marx of Palm Beach, FL; cheerleader for Judicial Misfits

The state of Florida presented Krista Marx with a law license in 1985 after she graduated from Florida State University School of Law.

It should be noted that Krista has had her significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past thirty-three years since she received her law license in 1985. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Palm Beach area was about to offer Krista a good paying job.

In addition to being a sitting judge in Palm Beach, Krista is also the Chairperson of the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission.

In one matter, Krista presided over a case involving the egregious misconduct of Judge Maria Ortiz of Miami. Details of Maria’s misconduct can be found by viewing the URL listed at the end of this article.

After reviewing the serious and long running misconduct of Judge Ortiz, Krista ruled that she deserved to be punished by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand. However, a unanimous Florida Supreme Court rightfully rejected Krista’s unwarranted largess and ordered her and the fellow apologists on the Judicial Commission to revisit the matter.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Judge Marx continues to sit as a Palm Beach County judge in Palm Beach, Florida.
