Attorney Paul Seaver of Quincy, MA; drunken convict

The state of Massachusetts provided Paul Dana Seaver with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Massachusetts Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Pled guilty to one count of negligent operation of a motor vehicle
  • Pled guilty to driving under the influence resulting in serious bodily injury
  • Consumed a number of 16 ounce beers over two-hour period
  • Crossed over double yellow line colliding with car with three occupants
  • The occupants included a woman, her two sons, ages 8 and 11

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 15-month suspension of his law license effective April 25, 2017.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Paulie’s  practice will resume in Quincy, Massachusetts in July 2018.
