Solicitor Stuart Wilson of Scotland; ethical gremlin

The Law Society presented Stuart Fraser Wilson with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Glasgow School of Law.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Stu guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in professional misconduct
  • Failed to reply timeously, openly and accurately to enquiries made of him by the Complainers and to
  • Statutory Notices served by them (Screw you, said Stu!)
  • Failed to implement an agreement reached with a firm of solicitors
  • Failed to reply to repeated requests to implement that agreement

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Alex by gifting him with a complimentary censure and a fine in the sum of £2,500.

As we speak (ca. August 2018), Stu practices with Macnairs & Wilson Limited at 9-11 New Street in Paisley , Scotland.
