Solicitor John Taylor of Scotland; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented John Taylor with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Glasgow School of Law.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in professional misconduct
  • Engaged in an unreasonable delay in responding to the reasonable enquiries of the Law Society for information (Screw you, said Johnny!)
  • Failed to record timeously dispositions, standard securities and discharges

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure and a fine in the sum of £5,000.

As we speak (ca. August 2018), Johnny practices Chambers Legal Limited in Lauder, Scotland.
