Attorney Joseph Bernwanger of Dearborn Heights, MI; legal gremlin

The state of Michigan provided Joseph Bernwanger with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Wayne State University Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #4 found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected at least two legal matters entrusted to him
• Failed to keep clients informed of status of matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Joey practices in Dearborn, Michigan.
