Attorney Nabih Ayad of Detroit; ethical troll

The state of Michigan provided Nabih H. Ayad with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Wayne State University Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #9 found Nabih guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Entered into prohibited business transaction with client
  • Failed to preserve complete records of funds in his trust account for a period of five years after termination of representation of a client
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Improperly deposited personal funds into a client trust account in an amount greater than reasonably necessary to pay financial institution service charges or fees
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Nabih by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Nabih practices will continue with Ayad Law PLLC at 645 Griswold Street in Detroit, Michigan.
