Attorney David Mirsky of Mineola, NY; deadbeat loser

The state of Connecticut provided David Mitchell Mirsky with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dave’s law license was suspended four (4) separate times for his failure to pay an annual fee amounting to a measly $75 to the Client Security Fund, which was set up to reimburse clients who were cheated by their attorneys.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Davey by gifting him with four (4) complimentary suspensions of her law license until he paid the fees he owed to the fund.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Davey practices at 114 Old Country Road in Mineola, New York.
