Attorney Jennifer Laviano of Sherman, CT; deadbeat

The state of Connecticut provided Jennifer Laviano with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Jenny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jenny failed to pay the mandated annual fee to the Client Security Fund which is set up to reimburse clients who were cheated by their attorneys and are unable to collect from said miscreants. Evidence that Jenny is a cheapskate and deadbeat is the fact that the annual fee is a measly $75.00.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Jenny by gifting her with a complimentary suspension until she coughed up the $75 she owed.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Jenny practices with the Law Offices of Jennifer Laviano at 76 Route 37 South in Sherman, Connecticut.
