Attorney Theodore Smith of San Diego; serial drunken convict

The state of California provided Theodore Marshall Smith with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Western State University Law School.

The California Bar Court found Teddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of driving under the influence, a felony with three or more priors

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Teddy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Georgie.
