Attorney Allan Tabor of Orinda, CA; idiotic liar

The state of California provided Allan Merle Tabor with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of San Francisco Law School.

The California Bar Court found Al guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to advise client his case had been dismissed with prejudice
• Failed to communicate written settlement offer to client
• Failed to appear at mandatory settlement conference
• Failed notice to dismiss client’s case with prejudice w/o client’s authority, knowledge or consent
• Falsely stated that client had reviewed discovery responses prior to providing them to opposing counsel
• Failed to inform client of significant developments in his case
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to promptly pay funds owing to client
• Failed to maintain client funds in client trust account
• Misappropriated (stole) client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Al.
