Attorney Gerard Casale Jr. of Santa Monica, CA; convicted felon

The state of California provided Gerard Nicholas Casale Jr. with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Pepperdine University School.

The California Bar Court found Gerry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Found guilty of felony criminal contempt in federal court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Gerry by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Al.
