Attorney Harry Marsh of Matthews, NC; deceitful loser

The state of North Carolina provided Harry Clayton Marsh with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Harry guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conflicts of interest
  • Engaged in deceitful conduct toward a bank
  • Made misleading statements to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Harry!)
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Caused business client to submit a sham short sale bid to the bank for the purpose of delaying the bank’s efforts to foreclose

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Harry by gifting him with a third complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2018), Harry practices at 10550 Independence Pointe Parkway in Matthews, North Carolina.
