Attorney Scott Shelton of Hendersonville, NC; deceitful loser

The state of North Carolina provided Scott H. Shelton with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Scotty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misrepresented his identity to the client on the telephone
• Failed to respond to a client whose home warranty premium was not paid and did not take corrective action when he became aware of the problem
• Failed to respond to client calls
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Scotty by gifting him with a third complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2018), Scotty practices at 126 South King Street in Hendersonville, North Carolina.
