The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Refused to permit a Mr. McKinney to inspect and copy judicial case files
• Failed to comply with the law
• Failed to maintain professional competence in the law (moron)
• Failed to exhibit the patience, dignity, and courtesy expected of a judicial officer while engaged in his official duties when he engaged in a heated conversation with Mr. McKinney for requesting access to court files.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary public warning.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Mikey continues to sit as a Justice of the Peace, Pct. 3, Terrell, Kaufman County, Texas.
