Judge Frank Roesch of Oakland, CA; incompetent moron

The state of California presented Frank Roesch with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of California Hastings Law School.

Former Gov. Gray Davis was duped into appointing Frankie as an Alameda Superior Court judge in 2001. Frankie didn’t get the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Oakland area. He got it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

In one matter, Frankie was assigned to preside over a case involving a lawsuit against the University of California and Livermore retirees suing for health benefits.

During the pendency of the case, Frankie ignorantly sustained the University of California’s motion to dismiss the plaintiff’s case without granting the defendants leave to amend their complaint.

The Court of Appeal reversed ignorant Frankie’s dismissal of the case and in doing so said the following in its reversal order.

The plaintiffs had alleged sufficient facts, which if true, would support claims for breach of an implied contract, declaratory relieve, and promissory and equitable estoppel.

Of course Frankie the Moron doesn’t much give a damn how many times his asinine rulings are overturned by the Court of Appeal because he knows that no judge in California has ever been removed from office for being a Moron.

Additionally, Frankie has absolutely no concern for how much taxpayer money is wasted as a direct result of his gross incompetence.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Frankie continues to sit as an Alameda County Superior Court judge in Oakland, California.
