Attorney Jeffrey Pulley of Nashville, TN; slacker, loser

The state of Tennessee provided Jeffrey Scott Pulley with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Law. 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Negligent in completing client’s divorce
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to file client’s divorce case
• Failed to accept or return client’s calls
• Neglected client’s legal matter
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2019) Jeff practices at 900 2^nd Avenue North in Nashville, Tennessee.
