Attorney Gerald Easter of Memphis, TN; convicted bully, repeat offender

The state of Tennessee provided Gerald Forrest Easter with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Gerry guilty of the following misconduct.

Gerry’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Assaulted another lawyer
  • Indicted for aggravated assault
  • Pled no contest [guilty in effect] to simple assault
  • Sentenced to 30 days in jail

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Gerry by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

Also ordered to attend a course in anger management. It was rumored that Gerry opted to enroll in a program at the Mel Gibson Anger Institute located in West Hollywood, California.

  • Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Gerry by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to  Gerry.

As we speak (ca. November 2018) Gerry practices at 3050 Windermere Road in Memphis, Tennessee.
