Attorney Craig Stilwill of Kennewick, WA; slacker, loser

The state of Washington presented Craig Stilwill with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Puget Sound Law School.

The Washington State Bar Association found Craig guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Failed to deposit client funds in identifiable interest-bearing trust accounts
• Failed to maintain complete trust account records
• Failed to promptly pay to client funds requested by the client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Craig by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2018), Craig practices with the Law Office of Craig Stilwill at 1030 North Center Parkway in Kennewick, Washington.
