The state of Ohio presented Elinore Marsh Stormer with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from the University of Akron Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Jeanette guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while she was a candidate for a seat on the Summit County Court of Common Pleas.

  • Improperly participated in receiving contributions from a judicial fundraising event that categorized or identified participants based on the amount contributed to the event

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, , the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Elinore by gifting her with a complimentary $1,000 fine, and ordered to pay $6,000 in attorney fees incurred by the complainant.
