Solicitor Darryl Richards of Queensland, AUS; ethical leprechaun

The Law Society presented Darryl William Richards with a law license in 2013.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Darryl guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Engaged in misleading trial court
• Perverted the course of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Darryl by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand a $3,000 fine and $7,000 in costs.

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Darryl practices with the Certus Legal Group at 106 Edward Street in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
