Attorney Ric Squaglia of Fresno, CA; imbecile

The state of California provided Ric John Squaglia with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the San Joaquin College of Law. San Joaquin is a 4^th tier school that takes in losers that couldn’t get accepted at mainstream schools such as USC, UCLA, UC Davis or Oregon State University.

The California State Bar found Rick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to perform legal services competently (imbecile)
• Failed to communicate with client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Ric by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
