Attorney Albert Villaseca of Philippines; slacker, loser

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Albert T. Villaseca with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Al guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was appointed as a Public Attorney for indigent defendants.

  • Gross and inexcusable negligence in handling client’s case
  • Lacked devotion and zeal in preserving client’s cause
  • Failed to present any testimony, object or submit documentary evidence in defending his clients
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Exhibited indifference towards the cause of his clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Al practices in Manila, Philippines.
