Attorney Ronald Guaren of Philippines; Dumbo, slacker

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Ronald L. Guaren with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to perform his obligating owing to client
• Allowed 5 years to elapse w/o any progress in titling of client’s property
• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Ronnie practices in Cebu City, Philippines.
