Judge Leonor Quinones of Iligan City, Philippines; bullying loser

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Leonor S. Quinones with a law license in 19 after she graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Office of the Court Administrator found Judge Quinones guilty of the following misconduct.

• Gross ignorance of the law (Dumbo)
• Gross misconduct
• Habitually tardy
• Displayed antagonistic behavior towards attorney
• Screamed at court personnel and called them “bogo ba nimo” (you are dumb or stupid)
• Humiliated and berated court staff
• Displayed petulance and impatience during various trials

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Judge Quinones by gifting her with a complimentary 60,000 peso fine and a warning.

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Quinones continues to sit as a Regional Trial Court Branch 6 judge in Iligan City, Lanao del Norte, Philippines.
