State Sen. Neal Tapio (R-SD): Today’s “Lunatic” Award Winner

Neal succeeded in duping the voters in the Watertown area into electing him as a member of the South Dakota State Senate in November 2016.

Neal is now attempting to further dupe all of the voters in South Dakota into electing him as the at large member of the United States House of Representatives in the November 2018 election.

In an effort to prove he’s a Raving Lunatic who will say anything to get elected, Neal made the following comment in the recent past when talking aobut how the issue of terrorism could improve his electoral fortunes.

“And then all that has to happen is that there will be one more terrorist attack between now and then and I will be the, just by the Trump effect, I will be the candidate.”

“That’s the way I look at it.”

As one would suspect, after being outed by KELO-TV for making the above referenced remark and not denying he made them, Neal defended himself by sending out the following laughable Facebook comments.

“To suggest I am advocating for a terror attack is a disgusting smear and you should be ashamed of yourself.” he charged.

“Anyone that would even suggest that is a vile and disgusting individual not worthy of being taken seriously.”

In addition to being a Lunatic, Neal is also a Monumental Liar just like his mentor Donald ‘Trumporleone” Trump.

And lastly, Neal’s hyperbolic (BS) response is evidence that he missed his calling as a Standup Comedian.

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Neal continues to sit as a member of the South Dakota State Senate.
