Attorney Gary Deal of Eugene, OR; repeat offender

The state of Oregon provided Gary F. Deal with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Willamette University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to notify client of date of scheduled hearing
  • Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to comply with client information requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment for engaging in some of the same conduct aforementioned.
